New Synopsis Of Our Opening Sequence
A boy was murdered and his brother is seeking revenge on all those people who he believes has connection to his brother’s death. A man on the wheelchair who is the boy’s next-door neighbour has coincidently observed all the suspicious actions that he has been doing and has realised his plan. One of the brother’s victims has already been killed and the other has managed to escape, she is now living in fear trying to find the real murderer before he kills her... She uses the help of the man in the wheelchair and helps her go through the horrible obstacles that she has to face, but the man being in the wheelchair brings a lot of difficulty and gets them into more danger.

Production Obstacles
19/11
We had forgotten that the opening sequence at night time so we had problems with getting the lighting correct to make it as though it is night time but with we had a few difficulties because sometimes it was too dark or it was obvious that it was daylight so we had to change the plot slightly. However the filming took longer than we had anticipated. We were planning on getting back before break time but ended up getting back to school almost end of 3rd period. We had a few issues with the cab as the company increased the price so then we ended up paying more than last time to get back to school. We also asked for a 7 seater as we had a wheelchair and the first taxi arrived with a 5 seater so we had to wait longer for the right taxi which made us get even more late to school.
Another difficulty we had whilst recording was that Trinesh was finding it quite hard to get in focus which kept on making everyone laugh, this also delayed more time.
22/11
We had imported the video clips that we had taken onto the computer and also saved it onto a hard drive, so that we had it backed up if anyone in the group was absent and we had done the work on their user name we could still access it or if we had any problem with the computer and if it had crashed out on us we had back up.
26/11
We uploaded our work and firstly opened it onto i movie so that our clips came into smaller sections so that it was easier to edit on final cut. Whilst watching our clips, there was a problem with the tape, this had effected the first few shots that we had taken, they had lines running through the top, middle and bottom. Re watching these shots we felt that the synopsis of the film that we planned didn't really match the theme thriller.

Production Successes
18/11
Today we had to borrow all the filming equipment that we needed including the wheelchair for the filming tomorrow. We had to order a cab to take all the equipment to my house, this was because we had a lot of equipment for me to take to my house by myself and the wheelchair was really old so were unable to fold it.
19/11
Instead of everyone going to school in the morning everyone in our group came straight to my house at 8.30 to start recording, i texted Ms Flavel letting her know that everyone had arrived so that we all got a mark on our attendance. We got all our shots done as we planned, as we originally planned our filming to do in night time we made the room dark to make it appear as though it was night, and then we made the second part of the opening in the daylight. We have managed our time well and we our on point on our schedule.
Construction task storyboards
Starting shots 1-4

This storyboard outlines the clips of the movie that our group intends to record. Each shot is taken using a wide variety of shots. These are the first few shots that our group intend to film. Our sequence starts with a boy on the wheelchair who's eyes start to close off. From here the camera shot we plan use is the close up shot of the boy fast asleep.
From here on our group has decided to open and record a new sequence of the boy dreaming where most part of the film will be recorded in the "Dream Sequence".
Dream sequence 5-9

From here on we will be filming the sequence of the boy dreaming. This will show shots of the boy moving towards the window in his room with the help of his wheelchair. Here he will see a girl where the camera shot will be a long shot. Here he will not see the face of the girl but may see it as he moves onto the next scene which will be a house next door to his.
The next scene will require the camera shot moving from the one person to another. This will include the camera behind the girl and moving towards a boy next to her and this shot will allow us to see the boy on the wheelchair too.
From here the camera has a close-up shot on the boys shoes walking around the room.

The fifth shot includes a wide shot which allows the audience to see the whole room of the mysterious man to create a sense of tension although the boy on the wheelchair will still be able to be seen.
From here on the next scene starts where the boy immediately wakes up from his sleep with the extreme-close-up camera shot near the boys eyelids opening up. From here on, the scene will start back inside the boys room and repeat what he had seen in his dream.
Ending sequence shots 10-13
The ending sequence starts here where the boy repeats the same movements as he saw in his dream. When he gets close to the window the camera shot will show the reaction of the boy where the camera and sequence will stop which will maybe be a close up shot
